The scientific research produced for the SICC Series CBRNe Conference 2026 is being supported by indexed journals.
The special issue which will publish the work of the SICC 2026 conference will be hosted by EPJ PLUS on the new permanent section: "Radiation Physics and CBRNe Science"
The publication is included in the registration costs

The organizers of the SICC Series – CBRNe Conference 2026 are pleased to announce that scientific papers presented during the conference will be published in the international journal The European Physical Journal Plus (EPJ Plus).
Accepted contributions will be included in the new permanent journal section:
This section has been established to provide a dedicated scientific platform where radiation physics and CBRNe science are integrated as complementary domains addressing the challenges of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive risks.
Indexed on: SCOPUS, ISI WEB of SCIENCE, ANVUR, Astrophysics Data System (ADS), BFI List, Baidu, Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China National Publications Import & Export Corporation (CNPIEC), CLOCKSS, Current Contents / Physical, Chemical and Earth Sciences, Dimensions, EBSCO, Google Scholar, INIS Atomindex, INSPEC, INSPIRE, Japanese Science and Technology Agency (JST), Naver, Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series, OCLC WorldCat Discovery Service, Portico, ProQuest, SCImago, Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), TD Net Discovery Service, Wanfang, eLibrary.ru
Impact Factor (2024): 2.9
Importantly, publication costs are included in the conference registration fee, providing participants with the opportunity to disseminate their research within a high-impact international scientific journal.
The section is coordinated by an international editorial board including experts from leading institutions such as the Italian National Institute of Health (ISS), University of Rome Tor Vergata, University of Naples, ISPRA, Yale University, German Aerospace Center (DLR), University of Adelaide, University of Pisa, Universidade Federal de Sergipe, and the University of Criminal Investigation and Police Studies.
Researchers and practitioners working in the fields of CBRNe science, radiation physics, emergency preparedness, risk modelling, detection technologies, environmental monitoring and security studies are encouraged to submit their abstracts and contribute to this international scientific initiative.
