• Upon receipt of the registration form and the payment, a Letter of Confirmation will be sent to the participants. Please present the Letter of Confirmation at the Registration desk at the Conference venue to pick up your Conference Kit.
• If you choose the payment via "BANK TRANSFER" , once you have completed the on-line procedure, you will receive an email (to your email that you are using for the registration, so check the spam if you will not receive it) containing all the necessary information to proceed with the payment.
• If you pay with the BANK TRANSFER OPTION send then a pdf copy of the payment to: [email protected] , cc: [email protected] 
• Early registration fees will only be confirmed if the registration form and the payment are received by 25 August 2026 at the latest.
• IMPORTANT: When registering more than one person with a single payment, please make sure to write every participant’s full name in the notes and then send also an email  to: [email protected] , cc: [email protected]  including all the names and affiliations of the people you have paid for.

The "Speaker (presentation+paper)" fee  covers:

• Oral or Poster presentation.                                                                                                    [The fee is intended per: 2 Oral presentations, or 2 Poster presentations, or 1 oral + 1 poster presentation]
• Full paper submission of each presentations contribution. Both oral and poster contributors will have the possibility to submit a full paper for publication in internationally recognised peer-to-peer reviewed journals indexed in the main indexing & abstracting services such as SCOPUS and ISI Web of Science. 
• Admission to all the Plenary Sessions
• Admission to all the Technical Sessions
• Admission to all the Poster Sessions

2. Students of the 09th Edition of the First Level International Master Courses in Protection Against CBRNe events (Base Level) - University of Rome Tor Vergata.                (Participation only is free of charge)
3. Former students of the International Master Courses in Protection Against CBRNe events - University of Rome Tor Vergata that are less than 35 years old.
4. Students that submit a proof of enrollment and are less than 35 years old.
