Ombretta Picchioni is the Administrative Secretary of the Department of Biomedicine and Prevention and of the Research Center Ma.T.He.R. both at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata"
She completed her Master's Degree in Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and obtained the qualification to practice as a lawyer at the “Corte di Appello” in Rome.
She has participated in the High Professional Course in Community Law organized by the Lawyers Order of Rome in collaboration with the “Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris” and the patronage of the European Commission in the framework of the Robert Schuman action.
She completed also an Executive Master's in "Innovation Management in Healthcare" at the School of Management of the University “Politecnico di Milano”.
She is a publishing author of scientific papers, and she writes articles for "La Rivista Medica Italiana".
